MEET ZONA
I’m a German Shepherd with a big heart, a curious nose, and a love for adventure. I spend my days training, playing fetch with my favorite orange ball, and exploring the beautiful forests and mountains with my best friends, Wyman the cowboy and Charlie Boy the horse.
Wyman says every good search and rescue dog needs confidence, focus, courage, and kindness. So, I work hard every day to learn new skills and be ready to help when someone is in trouble.
One day, a forest ranger came looking for us with an urgent message—a little boy was missing in the woods. Suddenly, all of my training became something much bigger. Wearing my special search and rescue harness and bell, I followed a trail of scents deep into the forest, determined to find him.
My adventures teach that being a hero isn’t about being the biggest or the strongest. It’s about having the courage to help others, the heart to care, and the determination to never give up. I can’t wait to share my adventures with you!
